Shot Thru the Heart...and I Have Salmonella Too Posted: 06-11-04 10:01am
Ok, so it isn't exactly bon jovi.
Anyway, ladies and gentlemen, to be as
brief as possible: last friday got high
fever at 3 am. Sat and sun diarrhea.
Mon sort of ok. Palpitations from friday
through and __including__ today.
Went to hospital, got heart monitor
overnight. 300cc iv fluids with
potassium chaser.
Found out today that in stool sample given
at hospital I have salmonella.
Trying to get in touch with all my doctors
to see next course of action. Of course
they are either all out or all in
meetings.
Any thoughts?

Try to be careful what and where you eat
and how food is prepared.
