I was diagnosed with a hyperthyroid,
Graves Disease in May. We tried a
betablocker, Toprol ad Methimazole an
antithyroid medicine. A month into this
blood work looked great but I broke out
into hives. The next option is
radioactive iodine and synthetic hormone
treatment. what are the risks of this
treatment and what are any other
alternative treatment?
