Ok, copy and paste it in you browser box.
Then go through and take out any capital
letters and make them small I did it and
it worked.

That is so disgusting. I hope he gets
the injection soon one day. So he
murdered more girls too??? How many
poeple did he do this too? Im so sorry
for all that u went thru.. This guy
seems like a savage maniac.
In this order he mur dered:
marni glista~21 sargent in the army
tiffaney wilson~4 days before her 18th
birthday, my brothers wife
tabitha bosdell~18
melissa dingess~17
chrisilee barton~18. She survived a
horrible attack!
He also confessed to over 200 rapes
between 18 and 37 years of age. There are
2 prostitute murders and a disdsaperence
that he is qustioned about but there is no
for sure evidence so their may be more
bodies we don't know about
jeni~ he stabbed her in the neck numerious
times causing nerve damage that is going
to effect her for the rest of her
life......

Chanda- thank you for sharing that whole
story. I'm so sorry for what your family
has gone through. The little girl (your
neice) is lucky to be in a family who
loves her so much.
lmao they tried to say it but it didn't
work! The dumb health questions got on
the stand himself and said to the jury "if
you let me out, i'll kiill again". But
now that health questions is gonna die so
it's all good, then he'll face the
ultament punishment with god!

Chanda, I can't imagine what that must
have been like for everyone in your
family. Im glad that they got him off the
streets. I read in a post somewhere where
you guys were all describing why you
picked your scren names and you said the
'loss' part was because your sister went
missing or something. Was this the same
sister (in law) or a different situation?

Chanda, several people have asked but I
think you either missed it or keep
forgetting to answer! Is the sentencing
complete yet? Did he get death?
Tiffaney was kidnapped, mur dered and left
in the woods......4 years ago. Kaitlyn,
my niece lives with me and my family. My
brother lived with us until he got engaged
about 6 months ago. If anything confuses
you or anything i'll be happy to answer
your questions. Rivera has been
sentenced to death for the homicide of
marni glista and the attempted homicide of
chrisilee barton. He hasn't gone to
trial yet for tiffaney, tabitha, or
melissa. That trial should take place by
the end of this year. But either way,
he's in jail and will not get out. Ok
this is what a friend wrote in a book she
is having published. It's basiically the
story in a nutshell.
Tiffaney wilson took her daughter,
kaitlyn, 2 months, to have her picture
taken with santa and reinaldo "ray" javier
rivera, 35, lured tiffaney to his car,
raped, and then murdered her. That night
kaitlyn was foiund unharmed at the
georgia welcome center, tiffaney’s
husband, joshua, found her car at the
shopping center and her bloodstained
clothes in a nearby trash bin, and
twenty-four days later, hunters found
tiffaney’s body in a dense pine thicket.
Rivera’s history: a decorated sailor with
studies at usc's naval rotc program
sponsored by the navy, an impressive 41/2
year administrative post at the joint
chiefs of staff in washington, and
accepted in the enlisted commissioning
program (400 sailors from entire navy each
year), in 1989, rivera sliced a
prostitute's hand. Named 1990’s sailor
of the year in the logistics section,
petty officer first class rivera earned
two joint service commendation medals, two
joint service achievement medals, a joint
meritorious unit commendation, and a 1993
commission to ensign. In 1994, rivera
offered the daughter of a fellow officer a
fee to pose in a swimsuit, told her the
pay increased if she posed nude, and
underwent a counseling session. In 1995,
rivera approached two teens as they left a
7-11, offered them $200 to model, and took
them to a motel. He instructed one teen,
17, to take video and still photos while
he engaged in sex with the other, 16, whom
he coached on sexual preferences. In
1995, rivera accepted an
other-than-honorable discharge, part of a
plea agreement to avoid court-martial.
In 1998, usc campus police watched for a
man who claimed to be opening an escort
service and offered girls employment. In
2000, police asked rivera why he lurked in
a blockbuster parking lot and tried to
pick up girls, he responded, "my hormones
are going crazy," apologized, and escaped
charges. Rivera raped and murdered
tiffaney wilson, melissa faye dingess,
tabatha leigh bosdell, sergeant marni
glista, and then chrisilee barton, who
survived and gave police information that
led to rivera’s arrest. Rivera said he
raped about 200 prostitutes in the
washington area and a few others in south
carolina. July 2002 rivera faced a
felony charge for fighting with guards at
the county jail; they subdued him with
pepper spray. In 2002, rivera clearly
intended to spare the victims’ families
details of how he slaughtered their loved
ones and plead guilty but judge albert m.
Pickett, richmond county superior court,
insisted he go to trial. Rivera asked
for the death penalty because, "i still
fantasize about hurting the same girls I
killed." the jury found him guilty in the
fatal attack on marni and the assault on
chrisilee
i felt compelled at this point to include
some feelings I found on a very extensive
and loving web site built by tiffaney’s
seventeen-year-old sister-in-law, chanda
wilson…
my sister-in-law was also my best friend
and this site a tribute to her memory.
She is loved, missed, and thought about
continuously. Tiffaney was loved very
much by everyone. She was a beautiful
young lady. Some of the people who she
is remembered by are josh (husband),
kaitlyn (daughter), edna, troy, harlee,
baby troy, chanda, heather, tommy, oliver,
dottie, and matt. There are many more.
Some people say, "she was only your
sister-in-law”, but a title doesn't matter
and to me she was my sister. I miss her
so much, that at times i'd do anything to
bring her back. I'd always wanted a big
sister. Then I got one, then, because of
one sick; sick man, she was taken away.
Anyone who has lost a sibling knows how
hard it is and just how long the road is.
Seeing kaitlyn growing up is hard.
There are so many things that ‘tik’ would
be proud of. Kaitlyn can count to 100
and say her a-b-c's and is so; so smart!
Kaitlyn can write so many words; her own
name. Tiffaney was a very wonderful
person. She had a heart the size of
texas, and although, we did argue a good
bit, I never quit loving her. Sometimes
I catch myself picking up the phone to
call her then I realize that the only
thing on the other line is a dial tone and
no answer. And I cry. Each day is a
little easier, I think you become
accustomed to the pain of your loss and
you just get used to it. Then it hits
you at times and you cannot stop crying.
I think you can understand this type of
pain only if you have been through it.
No one can ever take that person's place,
I know that no one will ever take her
place in my heart even if I have 50 more
sister-in-law's. I love my big sister,
always and forever.

brought to justice finally and he will
burn for what he has done so dont you
worry, his punishment will extend into the
life after this one. I hope your family
can have some closure now that he will
meet his nasty end
