Okay Girls, Please Read.

I know that a lot of you took me the wrong way in the beginning, so I just wanted to clear the air. First of all about the whole "rules" thing I am sorry that I ever even brought it up. I seriously did not mean to ever offend any of you or get you upset. I did act kinda like a butt about it and I am sorry.
About the whole saturn24 thing that was brought up in the niceguy thread. I explained it there, but I will say it here so that there isn't any question in the future. When I first joined ehealth I was saturn24. After a while I got upset about some of the arguments that started over nothing and decided to ask admin to make my username inactive. After a little while I did rejoin with the username hotasfrick. There were like two posts that I went on that I had posted under saturn24 and said "i agree with saturn24" it was really immature and stupid, but I was just being dumb. I never ever used a second username to be ignorant to anyone or to have an alternate "identity" if that hurts anyone's feelings I am sorry, but I was just being dumb.
The one post about me that started here, but is now in the abortion debate forum,(because it actually was about abortion) where a certain user said that I hate kids and find them disgusting and blah blah. That was taken way out of context and I never said that kids or pregnancy was disgusting. I simply said that I personally do not want to become pregnant. A lot of you say that I should not be here if I do not want children, but I really do not understand that. Just because I personally would rather not ever become pregnant does not mean that I know nothing of pregnancy or children. Most of my friends had children as teenagers and the ones who waited, have them now. I am around children all of the time and I love kids. I am not claiming to be an expert on anything, but I can help sometimes. Plus, I am not the only user who comes to this forum who is not pregnant and does not have kids.
I really like you girls and have a lot of respect for most of you.
I am sorry that a lot of you took me the wrong way, but I do ask that you give me a chance. Of course, you do not have to, but I am asking you to.
And about the whole insurancegirl thing, I am just in awe. And she had the nerve to tell me to stay off of this forum. Sorry, but her opinion means nothing to me at all. Making up a fake username and claiming to have sex with pigs and that she has 18stds and blah blah. Yeah, real mature.
I also, have sold insurance. I was a commercial account representative for property casualty and let me tell you: I didn't have time to take a lunch break half of the time let alone to be online all day. Whatever.

Hey~ I have nothing against you (lol.. Unles we find out u were a fake too) but overall I dont have anything against u. If u dont want kids, thats your choice, and if u you say you still like them and except them then I have no reason not to believe that that is true. Anyones welcome here wether they want their own kids or not. Some people just like giving advice*

i'm a p&c producer and i'm on here all day long in between clients. I don't know who you worked for or what kind of office you worked in, but both jen and I work in local offices, and despite the things she's done wrong, I can still attest to the fact that there are lulls in business.

I was not saying that jen doesn't sell insurance. I also was not saying that it is not possible for anyone in the insurance business to be able to mess around online.
In my office it would have been impossible. We had over a thousand commercial accounts alone that needed altering on an every other day basis.
When we were not working directly with a client we were doing mail, bids, billing, or catching up on paper work. But, at the same time, we only had three agents and we had only two on our commercial p&c, so maybe that has something to do with it.

I didn't say that it wasn't possible.

Look, this post of mine was an apology and an attempt to explain how sometimes my posts are taken the wrong way.
Why is it now like this? If you work in insurance, or own your business or whatever and have time to play online all day then more power to you!
All I said is that there was no way that I could in the job I had in insurance, so let's just let that go for goodness sakes.

i'm not sure about jen's office, but in my office, we have 5 agents. The company does all the billing and paperwork automatically, so we don't have to worry about that. As far as accounts go, we probably have 12,000 p&c accounts. We don't do much life and health or commercial. With p&c, you get maybe 20 endorsement requests a day, if that. Our only other reason for staying busy comes in phone quotes or face to face client counseling. We regularly have days where 50% of the day is spent waiting.

Don't you get bored?

I hate being at a job and having spare time. Only because it makes the time go so much slower for me.

Like I said we only had two agents in our p&c and we also used several insurance companies to insure our customers. Maybe that is why we were so busy.

But, I actually really wasn't there for very long, so maybe it was busy season, or maybe I just never got good enough to be fast! Who knows.

Well, I am off to bed. I am so tired, so if this didn't make sense I apologize.
Linuxchick, I hope you don't take this offensively, but do you know who you remind me of? (well, your picture anyway)
annabeth gish. I don't know why you would take it offensively because she is beautiful, but just making sure. I saw her in a movie tonight while flipping channels and I don't know why, but it reminded me of your picture. Anyway, just thought I would tell you!

I'm glad you posted this, not because I had anything against you, it was simply nice to hear. I believe the only problem before was the way you put across your ideas and "stated" the rules of the forum. In any event you seem like a kind person and I hope nursing works out for you

Yeah, I never knew her name and even though she has been in lots of movies and shows she isn't that widely known for some reason.
Anyway, like I said, I was just flipping channels and saw her and thought of your picture. It was kinda weird. I had to look her up though to see what her name was, cause I had no idea Confused
You are welcome, but I was just stating the truth Cool
