Hey have you heard about reliv! They
make some natural products for women's
health issues that replaced hrt 8 years
ago. These products do what drugs used
to do but naturally.

The plant available hormones..
(i was aware that red clover had
oestrogens in them)
when I was first menopausal I resoted to
over the counter pills.
no
luck with pills loaded with herbs and all
sorts of goodies.
I
then started using a product with generous
amounts of soy and red clover. I was
aware of the great health benefits of soy
.. And the pills were inexpensive..
After several months the symptoms
vanished.
I continued taking them for 2 or so
years... At 55 .. I (stupidly) went off
them presuming i'd be too old for
menopause symptoms.
For nearly a year after going of the pills
I had no symptoms.. Until just
recently!!!
I
tried pills with black cohosh .... No
relief!!
So after doing a www.Search ..
I've just been to the shop..And started
back on the plant oestrogen pills.
Apparently in countries where they eat
lots of soy.. Very few women complain of
menopausal symptoms.
Good for the bones also.
Also women live longer there than they do
in other developed countries.
I havent got a family history of breast
cancer.. It is suggested there could be a
link between soy and breast caner...
I'll keep you posted.
