Paranoid As Hell... Terrible Night Posted: 06-21-04 17:37pm
Hi everyone,
my cousin and I were drinking at a bar one
night about a month ago... He was being
shipped off to iraq (us-marine) the next
day... So I decided the 19 yr old kid
can't even buy a beer legally and they're
shipping him off to war, it's my patriotic
duty to get him laid....
To make a long story short... We visited
a brothel... I vaguely remembered the
experience because I was drunk as hell.
But I do remember that I had protected sex
(she put on a condom), she gave me a bj,
and then proceeded to have vaginal
intercourse with me... After my orgasm, I
pulled out and there was blood
everywhere... I think it was because of
her period, but she said that I was 'too
strong.' naturally, I sobered up in 10
seconds... I remembered checking the
condom to see if it was broken, but I
don't remember if it was or wasn't. I
pinched the tip to see if the semen was
there, but I had masturbated a few hours
beforehand so I couldn't tell if there was
any in quantity.
So my question is: if the condom was
broken, is my risk of exposure to an std
extremely high because of the blood from
menstration?... Where are the mucus
glands located on my penis? I am
uncircumcised, does that add any 'natural
protection?' and I have her number, but
she doesn't speak english, what should I
ask her? (did she get pregnant? Etc.)
i have no apparent symptoms, no swelling
of lymph nodes, no bumps, no pimples,
etc...
Am I just being too paranoid?? I started
doing the math, and this girl has probably
had over 1,000 partners. Statistically
speaking, she must be hiv positive. Then
again, sex workers are extremely careful
about protection.
Please help me! And thank you!

If u used protection I wouldnt worry too
much and also if this was a "clean"
brothel house then yes they are normally
really strict about sexual health.

Obviously, the best thing is to do is be
tested and let the girl know the results,
since she is likely to be the one to have
infected you.
Because of the condom, your overall risk
is probably fairly low,
but from what you said about it, there
were a number of risky things that you
did, and I think you need to get checked
up in about 6 months, when they wll be
able to do a reliable test.
1. First you had sex with someone in a
high risk category. You were not even
able to talk to her
to determine how high risk.
2. You were drunk so even if you took
precautions, you can't be sure you did
them right. Because you were drunk and
could not communicate well with your
partner (different language too), you are
not able to tell what happened, and you
can't get any reliable information from
the girl.
3. If you are not circumcized, your risk
of getting hiv/aids is actually 3 times
greater. For some strange reason a
foreskin on your penis, means that that
are more likely to be infected.
Good luck and be more careful next time.
