How Accurate Is Blood Test?

I took a blood test and it shows i'm into my 6th week now. Nurse keeps telling me that nothing is 100% sure. How accurate is blood test?

Like stated...Nothing is 100% positive, but it is very accurate. To be completely sure, u'll need to get an ultrasound.

Some nurses said that ultrasound at such an early stage can't help much. Some said that it would help. Some said that I need to wait until 8th week to even be able to get an ultrasound. It is very confusing.

No, you are most likely pregnant, but they can confirm how far along you are from an u/s.
