Hi, I live near sydney, australia and was
interested in doing a cbt course to help
with anxiety.
Can anyone recommend one? I have tried
doing it with a counsellor but it didn't
really help, I had no faith that she knew
what she was talking about!
I know that a sydney hospital does one but
you have to live as an inpatient for at
least 3 weeks and I really cannot do
that.

resources in australia for my friend kase
here, but have failed so far see if your local
library has a book called, been there,
done that? Do this! By sam obitz
(www.Tao3.Com). It is a starter book on
cbt and teaches you how to go easier on
yourself etc. Take care! There is a
great poster here named purple from
australia so if she does not see this post
you may want to seek her out to see if she
knows any cbt resources in australia. I
posted a similar reply asking purple for
help with cbt in australia too.
