My Happy Appt. Finally!!! Posted: 06-29-04 20:11pm
Okay girls well remember how they were
telling me I had to have a c-sec. Well I
don't!! She flipped back down yeah!!!! I
am tickled to death. Anyways so far she
weighs 6lbs 7oz they guessed 8lb and 10oz
at the most at birth. That is fine with
me compared to what everybody else was
talking about. I also got reassured its a
girl. Everybody had been saying to me
your just screwed cause all you have is
girl stuff and I just know its not a girl.
I was like bite me! Well she had already
tried and the baby had legs closed but
when I asked her to check the baby was
like ok mommy, he he. Doc said, (caps)
"oh yep she is definitly a girl!" I asked
her to show me how she sees that and she
said okay here is the 3 lines and this is
were you can clearly see the folds of skin
making her girl area. I was like thanks
and then looked at mom and said now we can
smack everybody that said otherwise, lol.
I am guessing she is gonna weigh 8lb 8oz.
About my due date it is the 25th again.
They said that the baby looks fine and
said sometimes woman measure ahead and the
baby is only so old. They are betting I
go early thoug. I am hoping I go 1-2
weeks early!! Wish me luck. I am gonna
start checking into those prenatul herbs
that soften your cervix.

Thats what my doc said when she said it
was a girl. She showed us the 3 lines.
Congrats that she flipped back down and no
my c-section yay!!

Maybe my doc was right and my baby is a
little small? He was 5lbs 4oz at 35 1/2
weeks. Everyone elses seems to be a
little bigger? Who knows, they could be
off tho and he could be gaining quicker
now~ anyhow im glad everything went well!
And u will have a healthy lil baby! But I
wouldnt buy those herbs unless u ask a doc
first.. Ive heard u shouldnt take them
until ur due date or just a few days b4.
.Or if ur late* but I would just check*

Congrats on the good news!! I am glad
that you were reassured that she is a
she!! I know you would have hated taking
back all the pink if turned out to be
boy! So, congrats!!

And the same thing happened ot my sis.
They told her she was havin a boy and
everyone told her "oh they're always wrong
ur not havin a boy blah blah u have too
much boy stuff blah blah" but it was
double confirmed today that it was a boy!
We saw his testicles an everything an the
last one we saw his lil penis! Some
people dont knwo what they're talkin
about!
Hope ur doc appt on thursday goes real
good!!! Hopefully she comes soon!!!!

Thanks girls I am so relieved about the
baby turning back down.
Kari, they said my baby was a little big.
Whe were your measurements taken? Because
they said this is the time baby gains
1/2lb each week.
