I'm a 51 year old male and for some reason has developed a periodic twitch above the right side of my lip. This twitch lasts for about 30 to 50 seconds and seems to be lasting longer as time goes on. Any suggestions? Thanks

I am 39, experienced the same facial twitching it is not pretty some times people can see it and some times I can watch it in the mirror. I might have to go to the doctor, Lovely. I thought with extra sleep and not doing so much it might slow down but it still comes back. Try getting more rest, I also read that bad teeth and TMJ and not having enough vitamins in the body could cause facial twitching. I am going to a doctor because I have never experienced this before and its upsetting me
