My 37 Week Docs Appt! Posted: 07-01-04 11:05am
Well everyone I just got back from the
docs and I think its pretty nuetral news,
mostly all good* one grrrrreat thing is I
talked to my doc about when they induce.
He said he doesn’t let u go past your due
date, if any then only by 3 days. So he
said most likely if I didn’t go on my own
already he would induce on my due date
(7-22) or by 7-25! Yay! I was so worried
that I would go late and be stuck like a
week or 2 after my due date. What else..
I didn’t gain any weight again this time.
He didn’t sound overly worried but he said
he wants me to make sure im eating enough
because if I don’t gain any, he said that
means I at least lose a half lb myself
because the baby is still gaining. So im
going to try to increase the cals a
little. Even tho I know im eatin enough!
I am 37 weeks today but I once again
measure a little small, 35 weeks. He said
he still thinks I am 37 weeks tho but just
thinks my baby is on the smaller side is
all. His guess is that my baby will be
between 6lbs 8 oz , and he said possibly
7lbs 2oz. Good, I didn’t wanna have a
huge one lol. As long as hes healthy!
Everything looks good he says, his
heartbeat was 140 and hes still head down
j. Well I will post more pics, I will
take them today and post them today or
tomorrow. Might not till tomorrow because
im working the late shift today
(11:00-* but that’s my long
update!
I am glad it went ok girl! Congrats! And
eat girl, you have the perfect excuse to
binge!

Lol! Dont worry! It just shows that ur
very confident in having a healthy baby
that u dont need a doc to "prove" his
heartbeat is good its a good motherly
way of knowing hehe!

will make sure I listen! Im so happy my
doc doesnt let u go past ur due date tho,
that makes me so much more excited!! But
iam still kinda nervous when I measure

the baby is a little small which is fine,
not abnormally small or anything. .But

Well kari my baby weighs 6lb 7oz already
and they said by birth 8lb and 7oz. She
guessed 8lb 10oz at the most. £s
2o sounds great to me hun. That is not
premie or anything! Its like 5 1/2ponds
or something correct me if I am wrong but
just remember baby is gonna gain 1/2 pound
each week now so don't sweat it girl.
Sounds like great size to me!!!
My doc likes to talk when we hear the hb
too. I would not feel bad hun. Tell him
next time to turn it up, lol. I tell doc
to turn it up a little everytime, lol.
Lots of love,
heather and hayley
