Ok. Im sure its probably nothing (i sure
hope so because I dont want it to be a
labor sign, I dont want to go this
early!!) anyhow.. I know people have
mentioned it before that they had this
happen to them. Anyhow, today ive been
having some 'episodes'.. I hate this
word.. But diahrea...I woke up this
morning and right when I got up I had that
problem.. Then 3 times today at work..
Normally I only 'go' once a day.. And it
just comes all the sudden today and I feel
like I have to go, and its not normal ya
know? Could this be a sign of anything or
no? Its probably not, my stomach is
probably just upset today so sorry to give
you guys the gross details. I normally
wouldnt ask abuot something like that* by
the way im not having any contractions or
anything like that. Thanks! And sorry
again!

Yeah kari I hear that is a big sign.
Especially the the week before you go into
labor cause your body cleans itself out
naturally. Least if it is a true sign you
know you dont have to have that
embarrising enema!!!
Lots of love,
heather and hayley

Thanks girls! Ok well it hasnt happened
sence work. Im hoping it was just upset
stomach today. I dont want labor to be
within the week. I really dont want to
deliver until at least a week b4.. Like
between 7-15 and 7-22...Lol I know its not
up to me.. But I am afriad to have him
any earlier, for his sake, and mine
because im not ready yet! So im prayin
he will wait till the 15th for me****
pleeeeeease garrett!! Lol
o yeah, plus, my parents and my doctor
will be out of town from the 5th until the
7th! Its weird their both out of town the
same time.... But yeah I better not have
him during that time! I doubt it tho~

Lol! My doc told me after 37 weeks it
should be fine! (im also about ur belly
size too and doc said my baby would be
between 6-7 lbds so after 37 weeks u could
pop hehe) but yah I did
hear that diarreah (sp?) was a sign of
labour in the next week or so to come. It
could be an upset stomach but it could
also be a labour sign. See if u see other
signs (false labour, pass mucus plug, bag
of water breaking, an even bigger urge to
clean lol!)
have u had false labour yet?? Any sign of
mucus plug leaving or anything?

Hun dont worry im sure its not a labor
sign if ur only 14 weeks* I got sick like
that on and off when I was that early~ I
think it normally is a labor sign later on
in the pregnancy ya know? But keep an eye
out and make sure everything seems normal*

Linux, what's your real name? Haha.
We're both due on the same day and
yesterday and today I had the same
problem. That's weird. Gross, and weird.

Kari dont worry hun....Garret would most
likely be perfectly healthy if you popped
him out right this second. My doctor's
off ice had a rule, they wouldnt stop your
labor after 36 weeks, but they prefer
thatyou get to 37. So if there was a high
risk, they wouldn't deliver babies that
early. And I had that for a week and a
half before I got induced so it might just
be the start of labor. Ask the dr to
check your cervix next time....If you are
dilating or effaced it is probably the
start of labor. Good luck hun!

Ah im getting worried... Once
yesterday and now 2 times today again....
The same 'episodes'....... My
parents are leaving right now until late
tuesday and my doctor is also on vacation
until tuesday or wedn...So nothin better
happen!! Ive also been noticing more
tensing then usual, braxton hicks tho..
But maybe my stomach is just picky
lately?!
Make that 3........
Thing is I dont feel sick at all or
anything. It just happens to be liek
that, then im fine..........

Hi,
i just happened into this room and your
post sounded so worried I thought i'd try
and help even though i"ve never been preg.
I get the same episodes when I get my
period - my doc told me that it's because
of the contractions of your uterus which
push the tissue out - i'd imagine if
you're having a baby that it would be
exponentially amplified. What happens is
that not only your uteus contracts but
many of the muscles of your lower body
contract, including the colon. Also I
looked it up for you online also ht
tp://www.Preciouslittleone.Com/articles/pr
egnancy/signs.Asp says that it is a
sign that labour is begining. Best of
luck to you, and I hope you can keep baby
in there untill after your parents/doctor
are back.
