Q: pregnancy-abdominal cramping

I have a pregnant sister in-law that has been having bad to cripling abdominal cramping past couple of weeks and tonight vomited a little blood no real medical insurance and can't afford another hospital visit well I'm getting worried so I found this site hoping someone will send me some really helpful insight into what could concievably be causing this / she has had four other children and has yet to experience anything quite like this ---some one / any one ---:;:;;::!!!! HELP!

hello
um hi my name is melissa when i was pregnant with my son i had the same thing i was having preterm labor though but i wasnt having spitting up blood i seriously think she should go to the hospital im sure they will work outpayments or something but for the sake of that baby and her get her to a hospital cause something serious could be wrong okay?
