Hey all,
ive been feling today what kari explained in her post she's been feeling and my contractions are startin to come again (i caught myself holding my breath when they come cuz they're so strong so im trying to manage how I breathe thru them). I keep getting a weird feeling too that somethins happening but I dont wanna blow it all outta proportion. I was talkin to my doc too and I told her how I had those 8 contractions in one hour and how I heard that ur sposed to go to the hospital right away and she told me "oh no definetly not only if u feel they're very strong and are the real deal" so whats that sposed to mean?? Like if I get 6-8 in an hour, should I just wait it out like my doc says and try and figure out if its the real deal??
I been feelin a lil nauseous too today... Like kinda outta place and I keep doin laundry and tryin to clean (i hurt my back givin my dog a bath so now my backs kinda ratched lol). I hope im just being a worrier and its nothin but dome fedback would soo help lol! Thanx all!

Nah, you got a baby in there! You have a reason to worry! Lol. Well I dont really now the answer, but I would say to see if they stay consistint (sp??) and strong for somthing like 2-3 hours instead of just one. And if they are I would say its the real deal!!

Im surprised they would say its nothing with 8 in an hour.....I would see if it happens again and if it does go to the hospital just to check....But are they painful? Because real contractions (not braxtons) would be painful so thats probably what she means.

Yah cuz I was shocked when she told me not to go to the hospital if I had 6-8 in an hour... Which was kinda odd cuz I heard otherwise from everyone else. But I told her how these were and she told me im no longer in the braxton hicks stage and that its most likely false labour (i always thought they wree the same lol!) but she said false labour can be tricky but I should "know" when they are real. But I can never tell when they are! Well... The best way for me to describe the pain was when I was having my m/c (i was 12 and a half weeks) the cramping then was so horrible and I could time those apart, and thery're like these but im having trouble timing cuz I keep forgetting too, but when these pains come... Its definetly worse than braxton hicks or cramping.. Kinda like... Everythings tightening down there while pain bein added.. Its so hard to explain lol! But yah they're painful but I seem to be able to put up with em. Like i'll make a face cuz it hurts and i'll hold my breath but I wont start crying or screaming or nothing... So im not sure what to think?? Lol! Im just so confused wit this whole labour thing haha!
