I have had daily headaches for about 5
years now. They are not classified as
migraines. I have undergone sinus
surgery but it was not the solution. The
headache is in my temples. It feels as
if a vice is around my head getting
tighter and tighter.
Just this week, I noticed that on
occasion, if I roll my head, my neck will
let off a very loud crack and it relieves
the headache for a short period of time.
Aside from going to a chiropractor, is
there any other possible solutions or
methods for helping this? Is there
anything my doctor can do or any tests I
should have done to see if there is
another solution?

You could be suffering from tension
headache or cervical spondylosis in which
there is typical headache along with pain
or discomfort in the neck.
Homeopathic medicine has good remedies
like gelsemium, nux vom, sang
can,spigelia, kali bich, iris vers. Etc.
Which can get rid of your headache.

Sounds like tension headaches.. I get the
same thing with the same symptoms. I
feel like i'm always cracking my neck to
help the headache.
