Hi everyone:
i am new here but was wondering if anyone has similiar situation to me. I will try to make it short, I came down with anxiety disorder and panic attacks about two years ago, I was put on medication which has helped alot. No more panic attacks but still having the anxiety a little. I am pregnant, 35 weeks and Dr. Said to stay on the meds throughout pregnancy. Thank goodness baby is fine, and I am into the home stretch. Lately though, I am having more anxiety and some pretty negative thoughts. I do therapy once a week, and I know its all because I am so driven and so hard on myself. I am afraid of the delivery (this is my second child and the first delivery was really tough) and also very worried about post partdom depression. Anyone have similiar story to tell or any words of advice. Thanks : Confused
