*big Sigh of Relief*

Ok well yesturday kevin called from work yesturday and told me to go get the last two rent slips from the land lord and to get a written reason of why we got kicked out... Well ok, we were never kicked out in the first place and I tried to explain that to kevin but he just wouldnt listen to me, but anyways I go upstairs and tell tracey (the land lord) what kevin wanted, and I hate it when he has me talk to her cuz then I start to feel so bad(cuz we had the building inspector coming to check out the appt), cuz I consider her a friend. Ok well she told me that we are not kicked out and she wanted kevin to go up there to talk to her and get the papers himself, so he understands that we arent kicked out, I told her to write kevin a note, and maybe he would actually listen, so she wrote him a note. Anyways right after he got out of work the inspector came and he check out the appartment and he said hes not worried about anything there and hes not worried about the mold, and he said that there arent any harmful molds in north america (well what about toxic mold??) but once someplace has mold, you cant get rid of it, it just goes dormant til its in the right atmosphere again. But yea, kevin decided to give up on screwing over the land lords which im soooo happy about cuz I really like them and would like to stay friends with them. They arent mad about the inspector coming but they would have been if they condemned the appt! They are going to be working on the roof as much as possible and they are having the inspector come back to make sure its up to par. They said they will rent us week to week if we need to if we cant find an appt. And they will knock $50 off the rent for all the suffering we've been through. And as for our new appartment, we should hopefully get it cuz tracey told the people yesturday that they didnt want us to move out and we are awesome tenants, never late on rent, even if they arent home for us to pay them, we wait for them to get home to pay them, kevin helped alot around with yard work and other work he didnt need to do, and when the lady asked if we damaged anything in the appt tracey told them "no! They fixed the place up for us!"... So yea hopefully they look past his credit (or shall I say no credit lol) and give us the appartment... Hopefully I find out in 3 hours when kevin calls from work. Sorry this is so long, and I dont think anybody really cares, but in case there is somebody that cares about my situation and just wanted to know updates here they are! Im just soooooooo relieved!!!
