I would like to know if tanning while
pregnant is harmful not because of all the
rays you get but what about the heat

Well I don't think you're suppose to get
in a hot tub while you're pregnant, so i'm
guessing the heat is bad for your baby.

I don't think that it would be bad as long
as you didn't let your body heat get to
high..If you drink lots of water and don't
get a sun burn...(sun burn are awful while
you pregnant
i belive it would be okay...

Tanning in a tanning booth isnt safe..
But I am 38 1/2 weeks preg and ive tanned
outside sometimes (in fact im going to in
a few minutes) you just have to be
careful, bring water and drink it
frequently, and make sure u take breaks
and get out of the sun, and dont get over
heated at all. I normally cover my
stomach and when I start to feel warm I
put a wet cold wash cloth on my belly to
keep it cooler then the rest of me~
