Hey girls!
Sorry I want online last night, I got
admitted into the hospital at 1 am! Some
friends and I were driving out to the lake
(about a 45 minute drive away) when like..
10 minutes away I started feelin
contractions. I thought it was false
labour like before so I ignored it but
they started gettin real bad and makin me
nauseous so I finally told tim and all my
friends were freakin out cuz I was crying
and so we drove back into town and went to
the hospital. I got to the front desk and
they admitted me into the maternity ward
immediately. They hooked me up to that
fetal moniter thingy and checked my cervix
and that.
I am 1 cm dilated and I dont know how much
effaced but she said my cervix is very
soft and the baby's head is right there
and much lower (i dont know what station
that is??)
baby was responding well to the
contractions so they kept me like that
till 2, then they decided to give me a
shot of demerol and somethign else (she
never hoked me to an iv in case) so about
2:30, tim left the hospital and I went to
sleep... Kept gettin woken up every hour
by the nurses to hok the machine up and
check my blood pressure.
Then I had breakfast
kinda gross toast
but I liked the eggs haha! And they
checked the fetal moniter again and baby
was kickin lots so they said I could be
discharged but my doctor told me I might
go by the end of this week now
yay!!!!
Thought i'd let u all know! I didnt have
a chance to get on here and tell u guys..
But if i'm ever gone a whole day (cuz im
on here at least everyday) then u'll know
im in the hospital!
im so excited and
scared now!!!! I bet it was all that
walkin I did yesterday! Lol! Im still
too groggy and what not to go walking
(they put the demerol in my right side hip
so its still hurts to sit on it) but i'll
try some walking today! Lil baby might be
here soon! Sorry so long, just thought
i'd tell u everything that happened
