Okay, I am 16 and havent had my period
yet, I am about a week and a half late
already, me and my bf kinda bin active
lately but have bin using protection so
that kinda makes me think that I am not,
but, it kinda worries me cuz I havent
started yet?? So what do I do??
Anyone???

really throw up, my boobs have a lil pain

I know this sounds really childish and I
know that I should expect sumthin like
this if I am gonna be having sex, but I
cant take tha test cuz that would mean
that I have to tell my mom, and if I were
to tell her, that would be it, its
different wit my parents, I am jus scared
of what my mom might say and do

Why would you have to tell your mom? Get
your bf or whatever to take you to the
drug store. Buy one. Hide it in ur
purse. Go into your house. Lock yourself
in the bathroom. Take it. Wait for the
result. Walk out like nothing happened,
no matter what the test says. But you
realize if you are pregnant, you'll have
to tell her eventually anyways. So you'll
have to get over that fear and just get it
out there.

Yeah I get wat ur sayin, its jus hard, cuz
they expect more of me, cuz this happend
to my cuzin she is older now, but few
months before she was to graduate she got
pregnant and she was supposed to go to
college and do tha doctor thing, but now
she cant cuz she is takin care of her son
now, so they all expect me to do this and
that and I understand its not like I am
tryin to get pregnant and I did protect
myself its jus that I havent started yet
and then tha pain sumtimez in my boobs and
goin to tha bathroom a lot jus worries me,
so I dont know if I am jus paranoid or wat

days late, last time I had sex was like
friday, but I have had sex tha week before
that like on a friday, then on this past

Ya, it would be too early for symptoms
yet. Its just nerves. And being nervous
can make your period late. I really don't
think you have anything to worry about.
So just try to relax, and see if that
helps. But if you don't get it within
another week, I would go get a test, no
matter what.

Ummm, if you are pregnant you are
pregnant. Taking the test is not going
to make you pregnant, so I am not sure
what the problem is.
If you and your boyfriend feel that you
are mature enough to be having sex, then
you need to be mature enough to go to the
store and buy a test. Go from there.

Just take it easy. Wait like 2 more weaks
and take the test. As for now you need to
keep cool.
I also agree with hotasfrick..
Be upfront about it, pregnancy is a
serious matter.

Ur mom doesnt even have to know. Plus, if
u are preg, ur mom will have to find out
anyhow so no offense but u kinda gotta
grow up, get a test somehow and just do
it.. U can wait a little longer to see if
u start, but if u dont, thats really ur
only option. They would find out sooner
or later. All of our parents werent happy
about it and some flipped out, but they do
eventually get better.

come to tha conclusion that I am gonna
wait a little like a wk and see if I start
my period, if nothing than I am going to
get a test and do watever happens from
there, but I understand about we need to
go get a test, its not that we are being
immature, its jus that we dont know what
to think right now, we talk about this
everyday, plus I do understand that yeah
eventually my parents will have to find
out, and I understand I jus dotn want them
to disown me, thanx for tha help though

Did you know that there is no such thing
as disowning? It is just a mere
concept....There is no legal way to disown
someone (unloess you consider emanciation
disowning, but you parents will always be
your parents so technically no) people
just say thgat when they are angry and
want nothing to do with you but you are
underage and your parents are required to
take care of you until you are 18 years of
age. Simple as that. So don't think they
will disown you. Just go get a test and
test. What do you have to lose???

family mainly parents and grandparents are
stressing me about school and what they
want me to do after I am supposed to
graduata, and its jus tha way that they
tell me that things will be, jus scares
me, and I know that sooner or later I will
have to say something and do something
about it, but its not that easy, its
easier said than done, n I know that if I
didnt want this type of responsiblity than
I shouldnt be having sex, but its not like
I was tryin to get pregnant or anything
and I did use protection

Your parents having high hopes for you
just shows that they care and would not
"disown" you.
There is no point in stressing about this
if you are not even late yet. Don't
stress until the test says positive.
