I'm glad you have this question, i'm very interested in ekg's. I'll tell you what I can...

Sinus tachycardia means that you have an fast heart beat. Normal beats are 60-100.. It says yours was 108.. It's not as bad as it may seem, it's only abnormal. Critical heart beats are anything less than about 35 and anything (adult) over 180. - estimate.

When they looked at your ekg strip, they noted that the qrs intervals are abnormal. That means somewhere in the bundle of hiss - I don't know if I spelled that right- there is a block (blood clot). I know that a heart attack is a blood clot anywhere in the veins and arteries of the heart.. But in the bundle of his you'd have to ask your doctor... I'm not sure what the numbers mean on your question.. I just wish I could see the strip for sure...
The left atrial is a chamber of your heart.. The strongest part of the heart, the part that pumps all the blood throught your body. It says it was enlarged.. Again, i'm not sure what that means " enlarged" you'd have to ask your doctor.

Well the X Ray

The x ray said I did not have a enlarged heart I was also very excited at the time I took the ekg

i had a differt one

and here is how it goes
vent. Rate 72
pr interval 158 ms
qrs durtion 120ms
qt/qtc. 368/402 ms
p-r-t axes 48-68-51

with normal sinus rhythm rsr or qr pattern in v1 suggests right ventricular conduction delay

put the doctors say I am fine so I dont know

x rays show normal they say I am fine
and for normal my heart doesnt beat as fast as the first one

and the doctors say I am fine but its just weird
and I thought to that tremial forces right means blood clot but it does nt

Ventricular rate.. Like heart rete is 72. Like I said, I wish I knew what the numbers meant but qrs intervals are different parts of a heart wave form. I have seen alot of patients with abnormal heart beats, and have lived quite fine. There's people with frequent pvc's, preventricular contractions - and have it like every third beat and never feel any different. It's like having a hick-up every other beat or whatnot. It also comes with age. That's a significant factor in qt delays. It means the conduction in your heart takes a longer time to get to the sa node, which is called the "pacemaker" of your heart. So, every time you have a conduction, the ekg leads pick up the eletrical impulse which is delayed.
