Missed a Week! Posted: 09-24-03 21:53pm
I've been taking the pill for a while but
I didn't renew my prescription last week
while I had my period and so I haven't
taken it for four days. Do I have to wait
until the end of the month to start
takinng them again, or can I catch up when
I refill my prescription tomorrow? I know
you can miss a few days, but four! Uh oh!

Maybe you need to check with your doctor,
if you don't take your next pill soon you
will start to get a period, that happened
to me once and I started spotting, but I
took my next pill and I was back to
normal, the period didn't actually have a
chance to start, but I am sure it can't be
good for your hormones.

best thing to do is to read the leaflet
that came with the pill as it will tell
you what to do. With mine I miss a week
in between for a period anyway I dont know
how yours work. Hope I can help
