After my abdominal workout I can't help it
but I get a stick and put it under my
stomache and push it hard. But fact is I
don't know what can happen if I keep
onthis at long rates. (sometimes I hold
the stick vertical on the ground an lie on
it whit my stomache) please help me to
anwser my question what kan happen if I
keep it going????

Why are you doing this? If it is because
it hurts then lie down for a while or
stretch them out.

What you are doing could cause serious
injury - as a girl - if you want children
or even if you just wnat to avoid medical
problems with ovaries, uterus etc this
behaviour is not good.
Aside from female issues - this is not a
healthy thing to do. What made you start
& how long have you been doing it -
are there any other things you do that you
think might be "issues"? Do you hurt
yourself in any other ways or put yourself
at risk in other ways?
