I think my biggest symptom thus far (9
weeks) is fatigue! I'm sooo tired of
being tired. Anyone have any suggetions
to "perking" myself up!

I know how you feel! Im always tired! My
suggestion is getting up and have a glass
of orange juice! Then make a nice healthy
breakfast. Take a shower before or after
breakfast. Its always a waker-upper.
Since coffee isnt too good during
pregnancy its best to do those things!
Getting up, taking a shower and getting
dressed, felling fresh always wakes me up!
Then have your pregfast, go outside and
be in the sunlight too. Im tired
especially on saturdays but I have to get
up early to take jose to work so im up,
make breakfast, talk with him, enjoy the
ride, play music. It works! Good luck!

Lol pregfast???? Thats marvelous!! I
remeber how tired I was, and honestly I
couldn't do anything to help it. Although
sometimes going for a nice walk, or if you
have a dog taking them out helps.
