Ok my friend told me about this problem
and he wanted me to help him look into to
it so I found this site...He has small
bumps at the bottem of his "head" of the
peni...When he pulls down the foreskin you
can see hardly see them ther about the
size of this " . " but there is
alot....Hes younger to 13 is this genital
warts?? ( he has admited to masturbating
frequently but never engauged in sex)...Im
thinking it sweat glands because there in

Nothing to worry about, tell him they are
pearly papules, he can do a google search
to find out more. When he is older he
can look into getting them removed. Oh
and yes, its natural not warts.
