My Labor****** Posted: 07-19-04 21:14pm
Hey everyone ive missed you! I know
chanda updated ya (thanks hun!!) she
called me at the hospital, what an accent!
Anyhow, I went into labor at 1:32 am on
friday night (the 16th which is the day I
wanted to go if I went early because it
was my last day of work) I went to the
hospital around 4 something and I was only
dialated 1cm so they had me walk an huor
and right away my contractions went from 5
minutes apart to 3min apart and after that
hour I got checked and was 3cm dialated.
My water never broke (they broke it for me
later), I never had my mucus plug or
anything, labor just all the sudden
started. Anyhow I had a 13 hour labor, he
was born at 2:32pm.They did need to use
the vaccum because he was turned the wrong
way. Pushing was surprisingly the best
part even though I was the most scared
about it then anything. I even started
bawling my eyes out when they told me I
reached 8cm because I begged them to make
it stop so I wouldnt have to push lol.
Contractions that I was having
before...Well they were nothing compared
to how bad they got. But now that garrets
here, I can see why the pain is so worth
it!! There is tons more details im sure
but I have too much on my mind and am
going to go post my post with pics! I am
so proud of my son already and love him so
much I cant even explain!!!!
