Here's the scoop. Had a possible
miscarriage on june 16th after my
regularly scheduled period I passed a
blood clot 2 days later. My july period
was non-existent, so I went to a local
pregnancy resource center in order to see
if I was indeed pregnant. Test came back
positive but according to the tester was
faint, more than likely due to me not
being too far along. This day was july
14th. On july 16th, friday, I began to
spot. The 17th the blood became brighter
with minor cramps, on sunday the substance
was brown, so I went to the hospital.
After a 4 hour wait, pelvic exam, and
blood test, it was apparent I was still
pregnant and having a possible threatened
miscarriage. I was told to follow-up with
a ob/gyn for another blood test to see if
my hcg levels were dropping. I haven't
passed a clot, and my cervix is closed.
But I believe due to an abortion I had in
2001, I encountered a bacteria infection,
which I believe is causing the problems.
What should I do?
