Could I Get Pregnant From Dry Sex?? Posted: 07-23-04 01:13am
Yes, hello everyone - i'm new here...And
also very scared about my situation.
Earlier this evening my boyfriend and I
did some dry humping, and i'm deathly
scared I could get pregnant from it.
I know he ejaculated because not only did
I feel a sensation of warmth "down there"
coming from him (it almost felt like he'd
wet his pants), but he also changed out of
his shorts afterwards. I asked him if he
had climaxed, and he sort of just nodded
at me (i tihnk he was a little
embarrassed).
Though I have some doubts of getting
pregnant, i'm still so paranoid right now
- i've been crying all night thinking I
could be. But I just want to know if
anyone here can offer me any
reassurance.
If it helps at all, he was wearing
underwear and mesh shorts, and I was
wearing jeans, underwear, and a panty
liner when this happened. Normally I
wouldn't be so concerned, but i've read
stories of teen girls who have gotten
pregnant from dry sex, and i'm so scared
right now. I did make it a point to check
my jeans and found no stains or marks
whatsoever...But that was not enough to
put me at ease.
Can anyone guarantee me 100% that I can't
or won't get pregnant from this? I don't
intend to ever do it again after this
stress.
Someone please reply to this...Please.
I'm scared to death of the consequences of
our actions. I'm not ready to be a mother
- nor do I think i'll ever be. When my
fear takes hold of my sanity, there's a
good chance I might attempt to hurt myself
out of fear and shame...I don't want to do
that.
Please help.

Hey,
first relax and stop stressin about it!
I was in your exact situation about a
month ago and I didnt get preggers and I
just had underwear on and he just had
underwear on
*blush* but I knooww how worrysom it is,
but there is actually no need to worry.
There is no way that you could be
pregnant. The sperm has to actually
come in contact with the vagina for there
to even be a chance. With all the
layers of clothing that you described I
highly highly doubt that it came in
contact with it. Hope that helped

You know, I was reading this once and
there's a very slim chance of getting
pregnant in the first place, only about
8%. Not a lot of people tell you this
because they need you to be cautious in
situations that involve pregnancy.
Something much worse has happened to me
before and I did not get pregnant.
I know everyone must tell you this but if
you stress about it, your period might be
late, and that'll cause more fear. Just
know you have a very small chance of
getting pregnant. Under 1%, i'd say.
I'd be like a miracle baby if you did.

Oh thank you, thank you, thank you a
thousand times over for your guys' help on
this. I feel so relieved knowing the
chances of pregnancy in my case are
practically microscopic. Now I need to
try and relax...And sleep too, since I
only slept for about two hours last night
because I was so paranoid. But thank you
both so much for your information. I've
never been so relieved in my entire
life.
