Okay I have a friend who is 16 and she has
an 8mth baby girl. Her name is jackie and
her daughters name is makayla. Well
jackie and her boyfriend ronnie have been
together forever! And ther good parents
when they want to be. They both are
addicted really bad to crack and when they
go on there bindges they leave the baby
with just anyone. I mean I have kept her
before for almost 6 days without hearing
from them. But when there on there drugs
and happy they will take her an be the
best parents. I mean almost all the baby
clothes for drugs. They actually are good
parents when they want to be. Well jackie
smoked crack while she was with pregnant
with makayale and the baby was fine!
Surprsinlg. Now jackie is pregant with
another baby..And she is still smoking it.
I told her and we kind of got into an
argument about it beacsue I said jsut
beacsue makayla is okay doesnt mean this
baby will be. I told her she could go to
jail fora long time thats like killing a
baby! And I said if she did decide to
keep the baby she needed to stop smoking
that crap and shape up nda be a mother.
And she got really mad I didnt want to be
mean but its true no darn baby deserves
that! And I said and if you cant do that
then give the baby a life it needs and put
it up for adoption to somebody who would
care and love that baby unconditionally.
And she got all bent outta shape saying I
was telling her shes a bad mom..I mean I
didnt I just was blunt and said what she
needed to do adn gavemy opnion. Thats a
babies life you kno? Well sry guys just
needed to vent and wanted sum advice!
Sick people in this world! I wish she
wasn't even able to have kids!

Being that she is on drugs she kind of
still in denial. Druggys are usually
offened very quikely. It's sad because
the baby is innocent in all of this, and
your right there are people who would take
very good care of the baby. But until
she really doesn't open up her eyes and
want to do something for her self, there's
nothing that you could basically do.
Thay have to admit it to themselves that
there is a a problem and ask for help
themselves. I wish your friend luck in
realizing what she is doing.

That makes me so freakin mad. I hate
people like that. Don't have kids if you
don't want them, ya know. And you can
be the best parent in the whole world, but
if you are only a part-time parent it
doesn't mean squat.
Sad things is they probably won't learn
and if they do, it will probably be the
hard way.
Like my old roomate who did that crap.
Him and his girlfriend found dead (o.D'ed)
and both kids were in the house with them.
Freakin ignorant. And they were also
great people! Wonderful people. But,
when you do drugs like that you are
choosing to be irresponsible and are
taking the risk of dying. Where would
their kids be then? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

no namers like those don't deserve kids or
even a life for that matter I don't
honestly know how you can be friends with
someone like that.
Her baby could be born a crack addict
& have to go through months of
treatment or even die from it.This makes
me so mad

Selfish is the word. She obviously has no
respect for her friends, herself or her
children. Her and him are suited to one
another. Stupid idiots... I feel so
sorry for their babies.

Okay well, if you know about this it is
kind of your job as a human being to do
something about it. I mean the government
isn't always the best way to go, but in
this case you have to call social
services. I mean what if the 8 month old,
one day found some crack and decided to
taste it. I hate to say it that would
kill her, and then your friend would be
going to jail on counts of, contributing
to the deliquence (sp?) of a juvenile,
child endangerment, drug charges, and if
god forbid the baby did pass, possibly
homicide or manslaughter.
So I know it may be hard to do, but sit
down and talk to her, try to find some
programs that can help, and if she doesn't
cooperate right now call the police or
social services.

You are so right-i never thought of that
but this girl is putting her child at risk
& she's not looking after her
properly-perhaps her child would be better
off being looked after by someone who
would care for her. A little girl (think
she was about 7- died here a while
back because her mom had left some e's
stuffed in a teddy bear & the girl
died from taking some

As much as I hate seeing kids going into
the care system, I think someone needs to
look out for the little one. She could
quite easily get her hands on the sh*t,
and the people round about her will feel
guilty for not doing something sooner .
If this girl can't stop using drugs for
her childrens sake then she has a problem
and needs help fast. You tried to tell
her and she was having none of it.
