Yes, I feel stress can bring on cold and
flu, I also feel stress can mess up your
whole system.

I totally agree. I also found an article
about it.....
"being stressed out may not only increase
your chances of getting sick, but it could
also hinder your immune system's ability

impairs the immune system's capacity to
respond to the normal hormonal cues that

so there ya go!
By the way, not all stress is bad... Too
much, or long term stress is what can have
a negative effect on the body....
