You know, coming to a forum with an "am I pregnant?" question is about as unhelpful to anyone as it gets. I would never ask a group of women, no matter how many pregnancies combined they've gone through, if i'm pregnant instead of going to the doctor to find out.

There are many symptoms of pregnancy that can also be symptoms of stress or your mind playing tricks on you--especially if you've been trying for a long time. Nobody here can determine if anyone is pregnant just by the things you say.

You need to get tested and quit asking complete strangers who have no way of testing your blood or urine as is needed to determine whether or not you're pregnant. The only other way to guarantee that you are pregnant is to deliver the baby, and at that point, you are no longer pregnant.

Women, you should know that you need to be tested for this by a professional not a consensus. And men, just have your wives or girlfriends take a test. If you can't ask them to, then there is no reason you should have even put yourselves in a situation that could possibly create a child.

There are times that I am scared that i'm bringing a child into a world that would ask such stupid questions. And, yes, there is a such thing as a stupid question. You all who ask "am I pregnant?" to an online forum have just proved it to the rest of the world.

There are two sticky posts (meaning they are always at the top) in the teen pregnancy forum that deal with this. One is called "could I be pregnant: symptoms of pregnancy" and one is called "truth and myths of what can get you pregnant." so if you get sick of those posts, just tell the person to go look at those posts.

Thats true some questions are pretty ridiculous. It's always best to go to the doctors to get an accurate result because not everyone can give you the answer. Also looking for pregnancy sympthoms are also good.

Boodle, I know where you're coming from, but can I ask you--have you ever had a pregnancy scare before?? I guarantee you that many of these girls have read and reread the information regarding symtpoms and signs, but they just reassurance/suggestions for their situations specifically, to help ease their minds. The internet is simply a much less threatening means through which they can do this. It's no surprise that they're going to ask the question here first, before consulting a doctor. If you think that these questions are "stupid," then you can simply ignore them, rather than insult the girls who ask them.

And the statement that you are frightened of "bringing a child into a world that would ask such stupid questions" is uncalled for. I assure you, miss, that there are greater threats in this world to worry about than the asking of "stupid questions." Rolling Eyes
