Brown Discharge For Two Weeks After Period - Not On Pill. Posted: 07-29-04 10:30am
Hi, I am getting worried about a discharge
I am having. I have had brown discharge
before, but never for this long. I got
my period on 7/10, and it lasted about 5
days and it is now the 29th and have had a
brown discharge ever since. It appears
liquid or creamy, and sometimes
membrane-like. It does not have an odor.
I am not on the pill and am not very
sexually active....I am in a long distance
relationship. I did have intercourse on
the 10th, but used condoms. Also I do
not have pain associated. I used to have
my period every 6-8 weeks, but for the
past three months have had it every month
on the 10th. Can anyone let me know what
this could be?? Please help..Thanks.

Hi lola!I'm not sure what it could be
,there are several possibilities.I would
get to the doctor asap,if it has been
going on for several weeks. If it is
something serious,get it treated sooner
than later.Hope everything is o.K.Patty

You do not need a d&c for breakthrough
bleeding! That is the craziest thing I have
ever heard!
