I just recently dropped the first pill in
my pack. I took the next pill and moved
my entire cycle back one day. I haven't
used any back up, as I have heard from my
clinician that it does not effect
efficacy. However, i'm still concerned.
Has this happened to anyone else? If so,
was everything okay?

You'll be just fine, but you might get your
period 1 day early! If you move all your
pills back and don't miss any,it will be
fine.Don't worry,i've done that also.Those
little pills are impossible to find once
you drop those suckers! :d best of luck
to you!Patty

I'm still a bit worried! My breasts have
been hurting really badly, and my nipples
have been tender. It started happening
towards the end of my light blue pills, it
usually doesn't happen until the dark blue
pills. Could this be an early sign of
pregnancy? Or could it be because I lost
a pill and continued with the next pill in
my pack? Any advice and insight would be
extremely helpful!
