How long does this take to go away? I am in china where the medications that they gave me are questionable. I am on roxithromycin at 300 mg a day and an antibiotic ointment. I swear that it is still spreading a bit. Its been four days of oral antibiotics. Shouldnt it be clearing??

Check out this site - another site I got at google (treatments for impetigo) said it takes about 14 days for anti-biotics to work, http://cureres earch.Com/i/impetigo/treatments.Htm
