i have myopia around -4.50 for each eye
and astigmatism in one eye. I am thinking
of doing some heavy weights at the gym to
bulk up. Can this lead to retinal
detachment? I heard lifting weights
increases your blood pressure which can
put stress on your eyeballs. Would
appreciate any advice.
