Hey girls im finally home. I came home
last night but needed my rest. Dominic is
just beautiful. I ended up having a
c-section and im really in alot of pain.
I can hardley walk and today was the first
time I had a bowel movement since
wednesday sorry tmi. Anyhow I went in on
wed for a non stress test and his heart
rate was goin up and down continuously so
they induced me. At 10 pm she put a pill
on my cervix and then did it again at 3 am
and then also started me on pitossin by 4
am I was contracting bad. It was nothing
I ever imagined, I thought I hanled it
pretty well though. By noon I got my
epidural and his heart rate really started
dropping so they did an emergency
c-section. They didnt let me take pics in
the operating room but we have some from
before delivery and after. I am gonna get
them developed on a cd too this time.
Anyhow he was born on wed
8-5-04 at 12:48 pm weighed 6 lbs , 6
ounces and was 19 n a half in long i'd say
that's pretty good considering he wasnt
due until the 24th. His first night home
wasnt all that great I think he was in a
lil pain cuz we had him circumsized and
he wouldnt sleep in his crib for anything
either but today he has been an absolute
angel. Oh he lovessss getting his hair
washed lol. He looks just like his daddy.
He has my olive skin coloring and my dark
brown hair which he has lots of btw and he
has blue eyes but they change so who knows
. Lol the doc said " huh all that work
and he dont even look like you " its ok
though well ill end this now and ill post
pics asap I promise I am dying to see them
myself. ~ erica.

I am so happy for you and eric! I hate
you had some trouble during your labor,
but I know the end result is priceless!
I can't wait for pics! Take care of
yourself, and try not to do a whole lot.
Your incision needs to heal and you need
to focus on dominic instead of cleaning
and such! Does that make since!?
Anyway, I am happy for you, and keep us
updated!!

Aww congratulations! We sure have had a
lot of babies born this week! I'm glad to
hear you and baby are doing fine! I cant
wait to see pictures...I'm sure he is

me, rest as much as possible,and in a week
or so when u feel like oh, im ok now--ur
not!! Ull overdo it and itll feel like u
just had the section done over--poopy
hurts huh? I didnt do it for like 2

Erica,
i'm so sorry about all the trouble and
pain you had to go through! I'm glad
they got him out with no more
complications than what you had though! I

takes up more time then I thought! But

Thanks again girls. U'll see pics soon I
am gonna buy 1 more disposable cam today
and then get them all developed together
and have em up here as soon as I can. Btw
eric is handling this great he did all the
laundry yesterday hes very helpful he
changes and feeds the baby and even takes
turns in the middle of the night for
feedings. He loves being a daddy!! My
swelling in my legs and feet have been
awful and have gotten way worse since if
had him. I see my doc on wednesday and
imma ask for water pills. Its really bad.
Is this normal after a c-section? ~

Swelling should be, but it should go down
soon. My sister didnt have any bowel
movement for a while and they were getting
worried and then when she did they were
like oh good!!! Finally!, like making a
big deal out of it, it was funny! Lol I
cant wait to see pics. Thats really good
hes helping alot! My friend said her
hubby doesnt help for anything! Shes
doing everything! So be lucky! Lol. Me
too, jose better help or he has a knuckle
sandwich comin his way hehe

Yea I stayed swollen for a good 2 or 3
weeks...It was mean! I was like damn, b/c
the clothes I took to go home in didnt
fit..My mom had to run and get me bigger
ones! Lol..I pm'ed u my #, sorry it took
so long, I took a nap with ms. Jaydyn~
