Does every woman always notice implantation bleeding?

No you do not always experience implantation bleeding. It's actually not always so common. My sis just found out she was pregnant a couple months back and she didn't have any bleeding at all. Hope this helps! Take care and good luck in whatever your situation is. God bless...

Hi
I think all women are different and what not....I in may "thought" I was having a period but it turn's out that I was pregnant during that time, but the bleeding was far from normal, I normally bleed very heavy and about 5-7 day's...Well I only had mild discharge what I thought was period blood and only for about 3-day's, my doc said that, that could have been implantation bleeding! Please keep in mind thought that every woman is different, if you have normal period's and you have some concern's I would speek with your doctor! I hope this helped some

Nope! I had nothing. I'm 20 weeks pregnant right now, and I didn't notice a thing.
