Dear heidi,
firstly i'm glad you decided to use
condoms, it is unfortunate however that
sometimes they do break. That is why it
is always safer to take birth control
pills for contraception and use condoms to
protect yourself from std's and other
diseases. It has only been 1 day since
you actually had sex so it is too early to
tell if you would be pregnant or not. Is
this the first time you have had sex ?
When is your next period due ? It may be
a good time to go and see your doctor or a
clinic and get a prescription for birth
control pills now that you are sexually
active. Be very careful in the future
heidi, it only takes one time to get
pregnant.
Take care and remember we are all here to
help.

What to Do ... Posted: 09-29-03 12:08pm
Heidi - it sounds like the symptoms you
are describing are from stress, honey.
It's very common for stress to manifest
itself in physical symptoms such as aches
& pains, headaches, stomach
discomfort, etc. Take it easy for now and
wait it out. If the condoms keep breaking
on your boyfriend, he probably needs to
explore some different size options. But
I would definitely recommend some birth
control in addition to condoms every time.
Can you talk to your mom about this? A
teacher or an aunt?

Breathe... Posted: 10-01-03 00:16am
Calm down...Relax and breathe.. If you're
that scared about it go down to the clinic
and get the morning after pill. It's one
pill that will make your body have a
period. It must be taken 72 hours after
having sex, your time may have expired.
Find an adult you can trust and confide in
them and have them help you get
protection.
And sweetheart trust me.. Although you've
done it...You now know what you're missing
out on.. It's not all that great is it?
Do yourself a favor and wait til you're
sure next time, now that you know.. The
novelty isn't there. You'll be able to
make a better decision the next time
around.
Please know i'm not judging you.. I know
what it's like to be your age.. I just
want what's best for you.

I think you're probably fine. Just take
this opportunity to learn from this and go
get yourself some birth control. Then you
won't have to worry. I think you're just
stressed out. Stress will also make your
period delay, so just calm down. :d
you're fine.

Honey,
i think it's too early for you to be
sexually active. But I can't do anything
to stop you, just be careful, get on birth
control, use a condom and take care of
your body and dignity. I believe that it
is way to early to detect pregnancy, and I
really hope that you're not. Wait until
the first day of your period to take a
test and go to the clinic and get checked
out. You're missing out on your
innocence. Only trying to help, take
care and god bless.
