Last night around 9pm I started having
really strong a$$ contractions that were
really close together. Around 9:20 I
couldnt take it anymore and I was balling
my eyes out in my bedroom, so I had ryan
take me to the hospital. Well we get into
the e.R. And once again the hospital lost
all my info so we had to fill the caca out
again and then wait for a security guy to
take us to our room in labor &
delivery. Well we get up there and she
tests my urine, found protein again, did
my blood pressure, it was 138/88. I had a
slight temperature and so they kept me on
the monitors. Well the contractions eased
up but then they came back really really
bad to the point were I was squirming(sp?)
in the hospital bed and crying and trying
to do my breathing but couldnt I ended up
holding my breath, but ryan kept telling
me to breathe. Finally I got to do my
breathing but the contractions were soooo
bad!! Ryan looked on the toco thing and
the contractions were up to 110!!! Those
no namers hurt soooooo bad! The first
nurse we had was really nice and I liked
her but then the night shift came on and I
hated the nurse we ended up with. She
said my contractions were nothing and that
I could go home. Well the first nurse put
me on an iv and called the dr(the one I
hate!! That messed up about my uti and
kidney infection). The dr didnt wanna
come in so she made the nurses do
everything. Well our second nurse
discharged us at 1:45am even when I was
still having the contractions. I swear to
god burlington hospital sucks a$$!!! Dr.
Liverman(my normal dr) said if I was to
ever end up in the hospital with really
strong contractions that she would induce
us right there but nooooo the stupid nurse
sends us home with contractions that hurt
like a health forum. I tell ya one thing
I was no happy camper. So now I sit here
at home and wait once again. She told me
not to come in unless my water breaks and
my contractions are 2mins apart, then call
to see if I can come in...Thats caca im
sorry but my regular doctor told me to go
in if they are continuous and hurt. Which
by the way my contractions that were in
the 110's lasted 5mins long!! It sucked
hardcore. So yea im home now and I have
to wait for a different sign. This
morning when I went to the bathroom I
wiped out dried up blood, I dont know if
thats cuase they were checking my cervix
last night but any other time they checked
my cervix(my doc) I never wiped out dried
blood. I might call my doc today and find
out whats goin on but I see her on
tuesday. Ill let yall know or ryan will
let yall know if anything happens or if we
go in. Hopefully we have her today or
tomorrow. I think mackenzie is waitin for
tomorrow friday the 13th lol! I dont know
why but I just think she is.

Well, this is what I would do. If you
get bad contractions again....Call your
doc and tell him/her that you are on your
way to the er. That way you can tell the
er that this is what the doc told you to
do and she/he is going to induce and that
you are not going home until that baby is
out! Sometimes you just have to show
them who is boss!
Easy for her to say that your contractions
were nothing!

Damn....I would smacked that doctor....2
mins apart? You might not have time to
get to the hospital? And how do they lose
your info??? They are supposed to have it
in the computer! I tell ya, I must have
had an exceptional hospital because it
sounds liek yous and shaunas sucked @$$!

Yea we had to redue our hospital info 3
times!!! They said it must have gotten
deleted! All I know is that I was soo
pissed off because they sent me home. In
a way I was happy becuase I didnt want Dr.
Ha delivering my baby, shes stupid and
always says "ugh" and "um" when telling me
something about my body, that scares me.
Ryan says she has her dr degree from asia.
Lol becuase her name is chung ha and she
doesnt know anything compaired to our
regular dr she always has to look things
up. Is the dried blood from them
irritating my cervix from checking it? I
never bled(sp?) the other times they
checked....

Go buy a bottle of castor oil and next
time, take it with you and show it to the
doctor and threaten to drink the whole
thing if he doesn't induce you!

Im getting ready to call my doctor today
to tell her to get mackenzie out. Im sick
of having all these contractions and then
they send me home. Well what?!?! If u
ask me I think that was total caca. Im
not a happy camper today, ive been having
more contractions I dont know if I should
call my doc and tell her bout the dried
blood from this morning because I dont
know if its because they irritated my
cervix. But I never bled before when they
checked. I dunno im just ugh!!! This
baby is being stubborn she wont make up
her mind, she gives me signs that she is
coming so I go in then the problem nurse
sends me home saying my contractions arent
anything. 110 on the toco is something
there buddy, I can tell ya that one.
There was tons of em that were that high
and the rest were in 80's. Ugh I hate
hospitals!! How can I get mackenzie to
come out? I cant run around the house
anymore, I did that yesturday and tore my
tendin lol. Now I gimp around the house
with a waddle, I look stupid but o well.
My leg kills and so does my stomach and
back, im ready to have this baby. When
she was kicking last night in the hospital
she was kicking really low and her heart
monitor was above my pubic line, shes
really low. Ugh, any ideas on how to get
her out?? Please ill do anything!! And
if someone could let me know bout the
dried blood from this morning id
appreciate it. The clinic closes at 5 so
if I have to call and tell her then id
have to call in 3hours(its 2:15pm).

If you arent bleeding anymore, I dont
think you have anything to worry about.
But if you are worried...Call your doc.
She'll come soon enough hun! I know you
are feeling crappy, but try to
relax....Light some candles and take a
warm bath. Being tense makes those
contractions hurt worse, but relaxing
helps them work better! Good luck

No I just bled this morning and then it
stopped. Im gonna try walking but I
dunno how long I can walk for since my
tendin and everything else is messed up.
I noticed that ive been being really mean
to ryan today but I dont mean to im just
so frustrated and I dont even know why.
I dont know when to go to the hospital
because I have a feeling my water isnt
gonna break and im not gonna wait til my
contractions are 2mins apart because
knowin my luck ill get there and they
would have lost my info again! Hey
lauren, can they send u home with
contractions that high(110) with them
lasting for 5mins? I didnt think they
could but they did with me.

The contractions were lasting 5 minutes or
they were 5 minutes apart?

The contractions were lasting for 5minutes
but were 10minutes apart. They would go
from 110 last for 5mins drop to 80's then
go back up the 110's.

Just wait till they reach 140s. I was
there when my sister had her son, and they
were going into 140s. Ouch!!

That is soooooooo not right at all. The
nurse needs a damn smack! When I was in
labour and mine were hittin 110, I was in
so much damn pain, and I was even on the
drug then too! So 110 is a strong
contraction... And if u were at the point
where u were crying and squirming and
holding ur breath during a contraction,
then they shouldnt have let u go home and
should have induced u right then. I say
call ur doc, tell him/her about ur
contractions and what happened and say u
need to get induced right now! Tims
cousin, when she went into labour, the
nurse checked her and when she pulled her
hand out, there was blood so it could be a
sign of oncoming labour..... Tell ur doc
about it. Dont wait any longer! Call now
so u might be able to get into the
hospital to get induced!

I called my doctor and no ob ppl are in
today so I was just like what?!? So I
called the hospital and they said if
contractions begin to be intense to go in
right away.
~ for some yall that dont know what shauna
or I are talking about, I had a loose
bowel movement mixed with blood(i peed at
the same time) and when I wiped a clot of
blackish blood mixed with white mucus came
out so I think that was the plug part of
the mucus plug. I put it in a tuperware
thing(may sound weird) so that I can ask
my mom about it. Ive been having lower
back pain and contractions but not close
together or really intense. I called my
doc as says on the top and so I had to
call the hospital and thats what they
said. I really think tonight is the night
yall.  please hope that it
is!! Lol thanks, if its not tonight im
demanding to get induced!!  I wont leave the
room...Im sure I will because im scared to
be mean lol but if I have to do it I will
do it.

dont wanna try somethin thats gonna make
me throw up lol. All I know is that since
I lost whatever the hell that was ive been
having contractions and intense lower back
pain. Maybe tonight is the real deal
