Intense Earache, Went Wimming 2 Days Ago, Symptons: Posted: 08-12-04 19:04pm
Feels blocked (like when the flight is
landing), brown w/ a tinge of red more
than usual discharge very painful, also
pain in small area beneath ear. Started
yesterday after I blowed my nose. Went
swimming the day before yesterday, the day
before that my 20 hr flight landed, before
I boardedthe flight I had cleaned my ear.
Please help it is paining

If you went swimming it's possible you may
have swimmers ear which is an ear
infection brought on by bacteria that can
be in the pool water. Sometimes cleaning
your ear before you swim can make it worse
because it takes away the ear wax that can
prevent infections. I would see about
getting to a doctor to get it checked out.
