I am almost 22 years old and I just got married. I have not had a regular period in three months and I have so much abdominal pain, and I am so bloated. I have seen the doctor and he has run pregnancy tests but they are all negative...I was wondering if anyone knows what it could possibly be.

Have you been checked for endometrios? Stomach pains and cramps are a sign of same.

Yes, I have been checked and cleared....so thats part of the reason I am still so confused.

I had something similar happen to me last year. I was without a period for four months. I had tons of blood tests ran on me. They checked my blood sugar levels and everything. My gynocologist just kept telling me their was nothing wrong with me. The following spring my period came back thankfully. I later found out from a different doctor, that it's completely normal for that to happen to girls inbetween 18 and 24.
