I have a question...
How much do/or did you guys exercise?
What is too much and what is too little?
My mom keeps telling me..You need to
excercise michelle! And i'm like okay
fine! But then today, I did, and I felt
horrible afterwards...I felt fine while I
was rollerblading (which is what I did - I
went about 4 miles) but then when I stop I
had horrible cramps and they were coming
and going very frequently which scared the
sh*t out of my mom cuz she thought I had
forced myself into labor...So yeah.

Oh okay, cuz I was just gonna say somethin
about that!
But as for exercise in pregnany, ur doc
will tell u that ur exercise routine
before u got pregnant, is okay to continue
in ur pregnancy (as long as its not a
strenuous workout or situps or anything)
but if u didnt exercise before, walking is
probably the best thing u coudl do, since
ur not straining any muscles that havent
been used in awhile.

I was very very athletic....I even high
jumped b4 iknew I was pregnant and was in
the weight room all the time and I also
played summer league basketball...But i'm
worried about why I was cramping so
bad.... It got so bad I had to lay down
and cry.

Sometimes ur body may be tellin u to "slow
down" a little, cuz pregnancy is different
with exercise. You can walk, jog, swim,
and do anything else thats safer, but ur
not supposed to lift weights, ride a bike,
etc so ur body may be tellin u to stop
what ur doing and to find something
else.
I wuldnt wory too much about the cramping
unless there was blood, or clotting. So
dont worry!

Possibly cause your muscles and stuff are
streatching in there, and you havn't been
doing much the last few weeks, and then
doing that rollerblading was too much on
your. Don't do so much next time, work
your way up to stuff like that. Try
taking walks from now on till you feel up
to other stuff

Hey hun I definitly wouldnt rollerblade
anymore. .Even if ur not big.. Its
dangerous, u never know, u could fall
anytime. Anyhow, you have to be careful
excersizing, and are supposed to stop
before you get tired is what my doctor
told me. Basically just walking and small
excersizes like that are best. You dont
want to overexert yourself*
