Q: I'm Pregnant! And Have Questions

I am 22 years old and I just found out that I was pregnant 2 days ago. I'm very happy! Ever since I have been looking on the web and looking for things to do to make sure my baby is healthy. The website Babycenter.Com was very helpful. Also this website is helpful, everyone's feedback is great. I was concerned about the whole cat thing, but know I am ok.

Ok, here is the thing. I am 5 foot tall and I weight about 195 ponds now. I have size 38 ddd breast. Can anyone help me out on how much pain I am going to be in. My breast are already really sore, and I am only a month pregnant. It is already really hard to find a bra that fits now, I can't imagine them any bigger.

Thanks for your replies.

One of my first indications that I was pregnant was my sore boobs Embarassed
but at about 6 weeks that subsided, i'm now in my 9th week and yes they are still very sensitive and if I catch anything (like that blasted doorframe Rolling Eyes ) then it hurts bad but they are no where near as sore as they were, so there is hope.
For bra fitting get down to your nearest maternity wear stockist and get measured properly for a good support bra.
The large majority of women wear the wrong size bra.
I wore a 38 c for ages then it got uncomfortable so I went up to a 42 c only to find after been measured (after years of been not quite comfortable) that I am really a 40 dd (at 9 weeks pregnant I am now a 40e Rolling Eyes ) also e and f cups are easier to find than ddd.
Congrats and good luck

Back Pain?
How bad does your back hurt? Having large breast, I have learned to live with the back pains, but I know if they get bigger my back will start hurting worse. At 9 weeks and 40 e how bad does your back hurt?
Thanks!

Not too bad believe it or not. But then I guess I don't notice some of it as I am 5'2" and errrrrrrrrrmmmmmmmmmm Embarassed a little overweight (ok quite a bit) Rolling Eyes
but yeah I get home from work and I have to go and lay down for a short while.
A well fitted bra with wide straps does work wonders (not the greatest fashion accessory but comfortable and practical) Wink

Doctor Visit
I went to my local health dept today and I found out that I am 4 week and 5 days along. The baby is due on april 22, 2005. That is 2 days before my dad's birthday, maybe I can hold out. Smile
at first you know it is like a dream to find out, like I can't believe it. But, now that I am scheduling the doctor apts and everything, it is like true! I am so happy.

hi, i'm also at the begining of pregnancy, i'm 14 week along. My baby is due on march 01, 2005. I still can't belive that this is happening to me, I will probably realize it when the baby will move at first time. I'm very happy but also very scared for the baby and I can't imagine is it really so painful givivng a birth to a child as some of my girlfriends sad?!

My friend said it hurt so bad that she couldn't even cry. However, she had to have it without drugs because she went into labor so fast. Most people though get drugs and I hear it's not so bad if you do that. Although it still will hurt.
