Hi!
I've been in search for a great health
forum and I stumbled upon this one - and
it looks fantastic! I'm very excited to
join you all and hope that I can
contribute and learn a lot.
I'm a 22 year old male, I work in downtown
baltimore, and I graduated from virginia
tech about a year ago. Before I went to
school, I worked out rigorously, ate
extremely well, and I looked great. I was
5'7 and 150, all muscle. My body was in
peak condition, I had a 6 pack, and was
benching approx. 300 lbs.
Let's just say I let myself go at vt, and
though i'm not nearly heavy, I am not in
the condition I desire. It was time to
make a change about 4 months ago, and I
started eating much better, joined gold's,
and participate in a much healthier
lifestlye. And I feel so much better
already.
My biggest struggle right now is that I
sit a desk for hours everyday...I workout
everyday too. I'm trying to loose 20-30
lbs of fat and so far, i've lost about 10.
I look forward to having some great
conversations with you!
Geoff

Hey Geoff Posted: 10-19-04 13:19pm
You should stop by www.Mattfurey.Com.
It's got the best exercise program on the
planet "combat conditioning". It teaches
exercises using nothing more than your own
bodyweight. Also it contains a couple of
exercises that will really help you.
Considering you do a desk job, you will
most probably have lower back discomfort
or pain. Wall walking and bridging will
banish this for good. Please visit the
site and read the testimonials and
hopefully invest in this amazing
system!!!!! Good luck with it!!!
