Dear sir i am 17years old . Well I have for half year noticed that on average my bp level remains at average 140/90. But tommorow is one of my exams I started feeling dizzy so checked my bp level it show 148/98. What can I do ? Please advice. Well I am 5'11 and 75 kg. Well I study till very late in night about 3-4 . Can this be that cause. Thank you
