Gloria rivera is the sister of reinaldo j.
Rivera who mur dered my sister-in-law
almost 5 years ago. This is what I
wrote. She wrote some stuff on a website
she had made for her brother defending his
actions..... Hehe, guess what! I got the
website shut down with this letter~

f*ck with me biotch! Hehe!
I am writing this to whomever wants to
take the time to read it. I am writing
in regard to what gloria rivera put on the
website defending her brother against the
guards at the prison.
Gloria wrote: “we still don't know when
the trial will begin, but what we know is
that he will be tried for the death
penalty. How can you prepare yourself
for the death of one of your family
members?. My brother doesn't want to
live, he has tried to plead guilty, but
the lawyers won't accept his plea or even
the judge, so this is very confusing and
long situation. For me, this is a slow
death and this is the worst death.”
no, the worst and slow death is the deaths
that melissa dingess, tabitha bosdell,
marni glista, and tiffaney wilson faced.
The loss of their life for some unknown
reason. In tiffaney’s case, slaughtered
while her baby sat nearby in her car seat.
Tiffaney died not knowing what was
going to happen to kaitlyn. Sure
reinaldo told her that he would not hurt
kaitlyn but I want you to trust the guy
that is killing you. I think gloria
insulted these women when she compared
reinaldo’s vacation in prison to the worst
death. These 4 girls take the cake on
worst death as compared to the monster.
And we sure weren’t able to prepare for
their deaths!
Gloria writes: “i have been involved with
the lawyers 100%. I found a very good
psychologist to help us understand this
horrible thing and will help us in court.
I have had long conversation thru mail
with my brother to also understand why and
to tell you the truth, he doesn't know
why. He can explained to me what he
feels, but he doesn't know how to control
them.”
oh how sad. Is that supposed to tear me
up inside, poor reinaldo is unable to
control his sex drive and also unable to
tell why he did this. That poor man.
I guess that would be the case then for
everyone, they couldn’t control themselves
so we must feel sorry for them. I think
not!
Gloria writes “sadly, there are many who
are not even guilty. They, too, suffer
injustice, abuse, neglect and deprivation.
If you speak to anyone who has had the
misfortune of dealing with "the system,"
you will learn there are as many corrupt
guards, officials and authority figures on
the outside of the bars as there are on
the inside. Sadly, you quickly learn
that you can't object, question, inquire
or attempt to improve the treatment of
your loved one because, if you do, your
loved one and you will most certainly
suffer the consequences. Even the most
simple question can bring about
retaliation - such as physical abuse, a
much more hostile environment, denial of
visitation, denial of mail and/or phone
contact and denial of the "privilege" of
leaving allowable items for your loved
one.”
and yes, I agree, there are many people
who sit in prison, some even dying there
who didn’t do anything, but reinaldo
confessed. He told of how he did it,
where he did it, etc…. So I guess he
doesn’t count here right! And no, you
have no voice, defending a monster, I
don’t think you deserve to have a voice!
Gloria writes: “the fact is, whether
guilty or innocent, all citizens are
entitled to certain basic human rights.
I've learned since this happened that
there are hundreds of abuses of inmates
every day all over the world. For most
people, this doesn't matter, because they
feel if the person is in jail, he is
getting what he deserves - no matter what
that might be, especially the people who
have committed crimes of the magnitude of
my brother's.”
reinaldo gave up his basic human rights
when he proved that he wasn’t human. He
proved that he wasn’t an animal. He is
a monster and as far as I am concerned, if
he gets beat to death by a guard while in
prison, I defend that guard 100% only
because reinaldo confessed to his crimes
and has no remorse!
These are a few things gathered from the
news articles and although you have to
consider the media, these are reinaldo’s
direct comments, find me some remorse in
here.
1) melissa dingess had to die so he could
remain free, reinaldo j. Rivera told
detectives last fall.
It was that simple, brutal logic, that one
thought racing through his brain july 17,
1999, that led him to strangle the petite
17-year-old, mr. Rivera said.
Differing from more than 200 other rape
victims, mrs. Dingess wasn't a
prostitute like a woman he was accused of
assaulting years before in washington,
d.C., a woman who didn't pursue charges in
a case he beat.
After his first rape, ``i realized right
there how easy it was ... To force
yourself on them,'' mr. Rivera said.
He wanted that domination, that control,
he explained to richmond county sheriff's
sgt. Wayne bunton and investigator
richard roundtree in a statement taped
oct. 14. ``she was so little, so
easy (to rape),'' mr. Rivera said.
But he knew he couldn't just let her go
afterward, he said. The same went for
his next area victim, tiffaney wilson, 17,
on dec. 4, 1999; and for tabitha
bosdell, 18, on june 22; and for army sgt.
Marni glista, 21, on sept. 4; and
for the 18-year-old augusta woman he
intended to kill oct. 10, he told the
investigators. ``you wouldn't recognize
me around girls. I have it down pat.
I know exactly what to say,'' he said.

2) ``anyone with any common sense should
have had a red flag,'' mr. Rivera said
of his constant approach to women.
Asked by lt. Anderson whether mrs.
Wilson lacked common sense, mr. Rivera
said, ``as regard to common sense, I would
tell you (mrs. Wilson) had the same
common sense as most women her age.
Unfortunately, she was dealing with me.''
it is obvious in the statement
“unfortunately, she was dealing with me”
that shows that he was very much aware of
his actions and his abilities.
3) his own defense attorney say’s this:
''he's an incredibly complex individual,''
mr. Johnson said of his client. The
court-appointed defense team has asked for
funds to hire a forensic psychiatrist to
examine mr. Rivera. ''this is not
your routine homicide case. Like I
said, there is nothing routine about ray
rivera.
On this website for reinaldo, they say
“the public never hears the human side,
they only meet the monster the media
creates. Reinaldo's sister, gloria,
exposes her family's pain to tell this
story about her brother in order to help
people understand some really important
things about people like reinaldo.”
well, i’ve heard more than the media’s
share on reinaldo and the media didn’t
create the monster, the media lets
everyone know about him. That is like
saying, if a teenager goes blow up his
high school. Someone somewhere will
blame it on tv or the music he liked.
Excuses excuses!
Wow, lets take a look at this one:
nobody saw it coming.
Not the washington court authorities who
dismissed his case after he allegedly
sliced a prostitute's hand in 1989.
Not the navy disciplinarians who let him
off with an other-than-honorable discharge
when a bust for soliciting a minor in a
texas suburb turned up a stack of lurid,
homemade videos - at least one involving
an underage girl - and a duffel bag filled
with condoms, a 35 mm camera and a large
knife.
Not the south carolina police who
questioned and released him after reports
he was harassing young girls in aiken.
Not his wife, who stuck by him through the
messy collapse of his military career, his
sporadic employment as a used-car salesman
and even a bankruptcy claim in 1997.
And certainly not his friends, co-workers
and fellow sailors, who saw him as
harmless and, in retrospect, almost too
ordinary.
And
the teen and a friend alerted police, who
were waiting for him when he arrived at
the rendezvous. Mr. Rivera was
charged with soliciting a minor, but the
case was turned over to the navy.
When they searched his chevrolet camaro,
nueces county police found a vinyl duffel
bag containing a bottle of baby oil, a
tube of lubricant, a camera, prophylactics
and a sheathed knife, according to a navy
criminal investigation report. They
also found a video recorder and a
videotape.
The tape showed mr. Rivera having sex
with a 16-year-old girl, the report
states, and he admitted to having other
sexually explicit videos at home.
Another search turned up three tapes whose
content the report does not explain
and
differing from more than 200 other rape
victims, mrs. Dingess wasn't a
prostitute like a woman he was accused of
assaulting years before in washington,
d.C., a woman who didn't pursue charges in
a case he beat.
Reinaldo said that. Wow, does that
admit to the prostitute cases or what?
Basically my point in writing this was to
show that dear gloria rivera needs to do
her homework before defending this
monster. I can dispute anything she
wants to and or has said.
