Nausea Getting Worse.... Posted: 08-24-04 10:43am
For the last couple of days my nausea has
been getting even worse. To the point
where when my husbands alarm goes off I
get sick to my stomach and have trouble
going back to sleep. It's like it just
wont settle like it used to. Also i've
been having more trouble sleeping although
i'm more tired than usual. Anyways, does
anyone have any advice for me. What do
you do to help relieve these symptoms?

Have you gotten a positive preg test
result yet? Sound like morning sickness
and i'm not really one to be giving advice
since I haven't had it before, but i've
heard that eating can make it better, keep
a few crackers by your bed so you can eat
them up before you move around too much or
get out of bed.
I don't know if this is the definitive
cause but one of the theories is that
morning sickness is made worse by low
blood sugar level, so a bunch of smaller
meals spaced out during the day is better
than 2 or 3 bigger ones. And eating as
soon as possible in the morning, or even
during the night if you get out of bed can
help.
'course this is all assuming it's morning
sickness!

No postitive yet, but i'm waiting till
friday and if I don't get one on friday
i'll go to the doctor. It sucks though
because with every move I feel like i'm
going to chuck stuff up. I haven't
thrown up yet, but it sure feels like i'm
going to.
