I have brown blemishes under my skin ,they are on my back mostlya few on my face and arms can this be a symtom of hiv ,please help thank you

I used to be an hiv/aids educator for teens so I figured i'd send you an fyi: no one can tell what that is without way more information, an exam by a doc and maybe even a blood test. Please go to a doctor or clinic, the health dept. In large cities usually have free std/hiv screening certain days of the week or can tell you what clinics in the area does them confidentially and/or free.
