Fat free food isn't good for you anyway unless it is something naturally fat free. If it is processed to be fat free stay away! It is also not proven that sweets necessarily make you gain/keep weight.
Keep sweets at a minimum, and like the above post said do cardio (you don't need a gym to go jogging/running or speed walking). Just stay active, drink water and cut back on your calories. Situps alone won't do it because you have to burn the fat above the muscles in your tummy.

Unless you have severe obesity and your doctor prescribes you some "diet pill" to take for it, then you really shouldn't take diet pills at all. They are loaded with caffeine which keeps your body from burning fat and they are just so very bad for you.
Explore the diet options out there and decide which is best for you, but the bottom line is if you aren't losing weight then you aren't eating right, you don't need a pill. You could try atkins which works for a lot of people, or if you don't like that one or don't want to do it then just cut calories and eat healthy foods. That's what everyone should do regardless of needing weight loss or not. Eat small meals throughout the day instead of three meals, or three large meals (which is what most americans do) and that kicks up your metabolism. Talk to your doctor about what you can safely cut your calories to before doing it. Good luck!
