I think im having a panic attack , least I
hope so , I was in my mom's car which got
broken into last night , to take it for an
insurance claim , and the glss particles
were everywhere , im wondering if I could
have breathed them in , and if so am I in
danger ? Please help quick !

I went to the doctor just to make sure ,
they said I was fine , just panic attack
again , I just want to be rid of the
attacks i'm so tired of them controlling
me like this .
